Step Back and Enjoy The Sounds of The Past

It’s always interesting when you go through your library of your music collection and find a song that you either forgot about or can’t recall hearing but yet, you still have the song. Kind of feels like a new release from the band (even though at times the band could be broken up). Recently going through the plethora of songs from K.M.F.D.M. I found a song called “The Problem”.

This song is quite the gem, and if you have never heard of it, it can be found of the bands “Angst” album. It has a lip biting background beat fused with a beautiful piano and dust guitar playing along. Then what sums it all up is the gorgeous voice of the singer, singing about a court date and well.. anger. (Go figure).

The song slightly takes the sound of back in the early 2000’s to late 1990’s. It’s the mellower type of songs that K.M.D.F.M. has produced but it still one of those that are a must have for any fan of Sascha! Great song and if you haven’t heard it yet for some reason (Like I feel I haven’t) then you definitely should!

So it’s always a good idea to take a step back from new releases and take a listen to a bands previously released songs. You may find one or a couple that you forgot you enjoyed. Also, by doing this you can better understand why the band has x amount of followers, and perhaps, why the band has been around for so long (if they aren’t already broken up).

Also, if you are a writer, then oddly enough, doing this will sometimes help with writers block and relieve stress from the work day.

As Always, Here is A Fix.
